Baker noted that a trust is actually an "artificial person," created with a specific lifespan and charged with certain jobs to do and tasks to complete.

Today Chuck told us about a website called better-endings.org Chuck urges us to go to this site and look for a free book that they offer called, "Your Way". It is a plain-language guide created to help you stay in charge of the medical care you receive. How to make your wishes known for how you want your eventual long term care to be handled.
